A Poisoning in the Parlor: Halloween Murder Mystery GameA Poisoning in the Parlor: Halloween Murder Mystery GamePHC presents “A Poisoning in the Parlor,” a 90-minute murder mystery game inside the Skolfield-Whittier house. As in previous years, guests search throughout the Victorian mansion for clues to solve the mystery.Attendees may play as individuals, in pairs, or in small groups during one of four sessions: Friday, October 25, at 5PM and 7PM; and Saturday, October 26 at 5PM and 7PM. The 5PM session on Saturday is family-friendly and alcohol-free, while the remaining sessions are 21+ and include cocktails. Each session is limited to 30 total players. Period costumes are encouraged but entirely optional. Tickets are $25 for PHC members, $30 for the general public for both Friday sessions and the second Saturday session. The Saturday family session is $10 for children and $15 for adults. We’ll be raffling a free “Bath Iron Works from Land and Sea” cruise for 2 from Maine Maritime Museum and a beautiful print of Park Row by Mary Alice Treworgy.
