Healthy Living Fundamentals is a beginner-level Reformer Pilates class designed for individuals with specific needs, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, post-surgery recovery, or pregnancy. With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into open-level classes with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their individual needs.

Pinecone Studio welcomes you to our Sketch program with Valerie Upham. The theme for this month is “Still Life.” Learn to reconnect with the joy and spontaneity that sketching can provide. This small group class will certainly inspire you to embrace your creative life. Cost is $40 and all materials are provided. You can sign up on our website at pineconestudio.org
