Healthy Living Fundamentals is a beginner-level Reformer Pilates class designed for individuals with specific needs, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, post-surgery recovery, or pregnancy. With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into open-level classes with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their individual needs.

Weekly event featuring your local talent! Each participant gets 15 minutes to share their talent, which may include but not limited to singing, playing an instrument, comedy, magicians, and more!

Monday also means $8 margaritas & don’t miss happy hour beforehand from 3-6 pm.
