A non profit art center for adults with disabilities, it engages more than 35 artists who create beautiful and unique works of art. Our store and gallery showcase the work, including drawings and paintings, weaving, sculpture, pottery, poetry and more. Artists receive 75% of the price of any sale. The onsite studios are open to the public to visit during business hours.

SMA is an all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to learning and teaching about Astronomy and to sharing our interest with others. Established in 2004, we have held scores of star parties and school presentations throughout Greater Portland and Midcoast Maine, reaching more than 20,000 people. With monthly meetings on current topics in astronomy, and star parties where people can observe planets and deep-sky objects and learn about equipment, we provide an enjoyable educational environment for people who are serious amateur astronomers or just curious. We are active in fighting light pollution and preserving dark Maine skies and providing hands-on assistance to the Library Telescope Program.

Providing arts experiences in the community and classrooms of Brunswick since 1980 AAE brings teaching artists to Brunswick's elementary school classrooms to provide unique, curriculum- oriented workshops. Our annual fundraiser, 10x10 Brunswick, happens every fall and garners critical statewide acclaim with more than 100 artists participating and more than 300 works of art on exhibit.
