Healthy Living Fundamentals is a beginner-level Reformer Pilates class designed for individuals with specific needs, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, post-surgery recovery, or pregnancy. With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into open-level classes with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their individual needs.

Pinecone Studio welcomes you to our first Figure Drawing session in October! We provide the model and the studio, and you provide the warmth, energy, and odorless art supplies that fill our space. Our model will start with short poses of 2-5 minutes. The longer poses will range from 15-20 minutes. Please note that our model will be nude or partially covered. 18+ only for this event. $15 at the door, but please let us know you are attending so we can plan our studio layout: christy@uphamdesign.com

Bingo Night is a free Family friendly event held every Wednesday.
