Healthy Living Fundamentals is a beginner-level Reformer Pilates class designed for individuals with specific needs, such as osteoporosis, arthritis, post-surgery recovery, or pregnancy. With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into open-level classes with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their individual needs.

Engage with your local candidates at the Curtis Memorial Library’s Morrell Meeting Room on two evenings this October. This is a unique opportunity for community members to meet candidates running for important municipal positions and to discuss pressing issues facing our town. Please join volunteers from Brunswick High School, the League of Women Voters and Curtis Memorial Library to meet your local candidates and discover their priorities. Questions will be predetermined.
