Metro BREEZThe holidays are the perfect time to to hop on the Metro BREEZ bus. For only $4 each way ($2 reduced fare), travel from Brunswick to Freeport for special events and shopping or check out a show and the lights of Portland. Travelling? Metro BREEZ has direct service between Brunswick and the Portland Transportation Center (PTC) for a trips on the Amtrack Downeaster or Concord Coach. Family and friends visiting? Tell them to board the BREEZ in Portland and meet them in Brunswick. Metro stops are located along Pleasant St, Maine St., Park and Ride, train station, and Bowdoin. Yoga for ConnectionEvery Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:30 am join our teachers for Yoga for Connection at Electric Cottage Collective. Yoga for Connection is slow-flow style deepening your innate physical, spiritual and mental skills in strength, flexibility and rest.
At ECC, we try our best to respect the lineage of yoga by remembering that yoga was created by black & brown people from Southeast Asia & Africa. Yoga was never meant to be just physical exercise; yoga is a way of life, a spiritual daily practice that integrates self-study and an ethical code of conduct to practice being in right relationship with ourselves, others, and our environment. We do our best to teach all of these values in our yoga classes, in the most accessible format possible. No experience necessary to participate.

Body LanguageCome shake it off! Body Language is an all levels, high-energy, dance-fitness class. No dance experience needed to jump in and join! We believe that there’s no wrong way to dance, so come on in and let your freak flag fly!
*There might be some naughty language, so be prepared.
*You’ll be most comfortable in sneakers (only indoor shoes please!), but you can also go barefoot
