U-PICK 5k + Spin

Spark Cycling Studio, Coastal Performance and Brent & Lisa at Portside Real Estate proudly present the U-PICK 5k + Spin, an event to support the Outdoor Adaptive Education Center in Brunswick on Sunday, October 22nd at Coastal Performance in Brunswick. All proceeds go toward funding their mission to enhance the quality of life for all people with disabilities through adaptive recreation and education programs.

So, how does this event work? You pick! All participants chose to either run/jog/walk a 5k hosted by Coastal Performance or take the cycling class hosted by Spark (they happen simultaneously). We’ll also have a quick fun run for the kiddos just prior to the main event and Taco the Town will be there for all of your post-sweat taco needs ? (you know you’ll need tacos).

Registration is live! Please note that all sign-ups are through the event page. Spots are limited in the spin class and are going quickly! We’ve love to see you ride, run, walk, or cheer to help us support an amazing organization!
