People Plus Senior Health Expo - Registration OPEN

Registration is now open for the 13th annual People Plus Senior Health Expo to be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Brunswick Recreation Center in Brunswick from 9 am – 1 pm. Both sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available.

Adult Learn to Play Tennis 123

1-2-3 Adult Learn to Play Tennis at Maine Pines in Brunswick is geared toward the beginning player or player returning to tennis. It includes 3 weeks of lessons designed to instruct the player in all aspects of the game. For the month-long program, it includes a court fee membership with free weekend court time at a particular time, a complimentary cardio tennis class, a social mixer, and free fitness membership during the month. With a commitment to play on a Maine Pines USTA team, 123 members get a complimentary 1-year USTA membership. Players can purchase a discounted ball machine pass for $50. 1-2-3 will meet the beginning of the first week of the month for three weeks.

School Supplies Giveaway

As a family owned business, Cook’s Corner Self Storage would like to give back to the community and the kids in need of school supplies. We will be putting together 35 bags that include multiple different school supplies needed for grade school kids. In order to get these bags you would stop on to our office at 70 Old Bath Rd, Brunswick ME and pick one up free of charge. (First Come First Serve) When all 35 bags are gone we will have a give away for a grand prize bag, this particular bag will include a backpack, lunchbox, water bottle, and a gift card along with additional school supplies not included in the other bags.

When you stop in to get a bag you can write your name and phone number down and we will do a drawing at the end to see who wins the GRAND PRIZE!!!

The bags will be available starting 8/31/24 and it will go on until all bags are gone.
