2022 Oscar Nominated Shorts: Animation 03/16/22-03/19/22 at All Day

2022 Oscar Nominated Shorts: Animation

CONTENT WARNING:
The Animated program is FOR ADULTS ONLY. It is NOT a kid-friendly release like it’s been in previous years. THE WINDSHIELD WIPER features male and female nudity, sex, and adult themes. BESTIA features disturbing imagery, animal abuse, bestiality, and rather extreme violence. These films are not intended for children. There will be two title cards during the release – one in the beginning, and another that will appear just before these last two shorts. The final card will stay on screen for 30 seconds so that patrons have time to exit the theater if they choose to.

Vessel & Vine's Porch Series Culinary Classes 03/16/22 at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Vessel & Vine's Porch Series Culinary Classes

THE HISTORY OF TEA

  •
  • VESSEL & VINE (MAP)

The History Of Tea – That’s right, we don’t just love booze here at the Vine! Alida’s first true love is tea, and she honed her palate and amazing descriptive skills in that world. Tea is just as complex and rife with history as wine (really more.) It’s an agricultural product that expresses the terroir of the land in which it’s grown and the culture of the people that grow it. In this class you will touch on (and taste) all the major types of tea, while learning about how amazingly intertwined tea is in the history of our world. As per usual, $45 includes tea and appetizers. This class will be seated at one large table (out on our very well ventilated heated porch), so you must be comfortable with that seating arrangement to attend. Call the Vine at 207-721-3000 to sign up!
