Trauma Informed Yoga for All Bodies & Experience Levels

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm



Join us for trauma-informed yoga on SASSMM’s Facebook Live! Trauma Sensitive Yoga instructor, Sophie Richards, will be leading three 60-minute sessions in March. These yoga groups are for everyone, no matter your experience level! To join, all you have to do is be on SASSMM’s Facebook page at the scheduled time and follow along at home!
Yoga session times:
-Wednesday, 3/9/22 5:30-6:30 PM EST
-Wednesday, 3/23/22 5:30-6:30 PM EST
-Wednesday, 3/30/22 5:30-6:30 PM EST
If you can’t make these live times, no worries. We will be saving these live events to our Facebook page.
