This Project and the Parcels

The Town of Brunswick holds title to two contiguous parcels of open space land in East Brunswick.  The Town Council has formed a task force to develop a use and management plan for the two parcels, including revisiting and updating the Fitzgerald management plan to reflect the adjacent acreage and other town recreation developments since that plan was created.  We seek public input as we develop this plan.

You can learn more about the property and how you can get involved by attending on March 2nd.

History and Education

  • This parcel has both a rich local history, and a variety of species and habitats.
  • The town could consider adding signage, displays, print materials, or educational tours to highlight the significant cultural, historic, or ecological aspects of the property.
  • What should visitors learn about our town and this parcel, and how should it be presented?
