People Plus Outdoor exercise classes and more

 

Offering outdoor exercise classes including Loosen Up, Tai Chi, Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation, Gentle Barre and Qigong along with a weekly Walking Club and Outing Club. Also providing free services including grocery shopping, grocery order pickup and delivery, prescription pickup and delivery, and MCHPP food box pick-up and delivery.

 

Provide free rides to medical appointments, hair appointments and more. Offering “Friendly Phone call” program, calling seniors at home that need a regular chat. Collecting and distributing face masks to the community.
