Body Language

Come shake it off! Body Language is an all levels, high-energy, dance-fitness class. No dance experience needed to jump in and join! We believe that there’s no wrong way to dance, so come on in and let your freak flag fly!

 

*There might be some naughty language, so be prepared.

*You’ll be most comfortable in sneakers (only indoor shoes please!), but you can also go barefoot

*All classes are 18+
