Yoga was never meant to be just physical exercise; yoga is a way of life, a spiritual daily practice that integrates self-study and an ethical code of conduct to practice being in right relationship with ourselves, others, and our environment. We do our best to teach all of these values in our yoga classes, in the most accessible format possible. No experience necessary to participate.
