With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into open-level classes with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their individual needs.

Tedford Housing Groundbreaking Ceremony – November 14, 2024Tedford Housing will hold a ceremony to commemorate the groundbreaking of its new emergency shelter facility on Thursday, November 14, 2024. Tedford Housing’s new, consolidated facility will replace and expand its two emergency shelters. Adding 60% more capacity as well as critical accessibility and security upgrades, the agency will be able to accommodate more of the need for emergency housing in the southern midcoast region.
The ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 61 Thomas Point Road, Brunswick.
