Demo Artisan Info & Application - Brunswick Downtown Association

The Brunswick Downtown Association’s (BDA) – 19th Annual – Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival will be held on August 15, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The BDA, is a 501C3 non-profit organization. The purpose of this show is to foster an appreciation, interest and exposure to the arts in Downtown Brunswick.

PLEASE READ as the requirements have changed:

While demo artisans may sell product the main focus must be on DEMONSTRATING their craft. There are no booth fees for Demo Artisans at this time. In lieu of a booth fee, we ask for a donation, tax deductible, for our Annual BDA Benefit Auction – to be collected by our staff at the festival. Donations should be of a value equal to a normal booth fee of $45 to $150.

Jewelry artists

Will not be allowed as Demo Artisans this year. Those who have participated previously are encouraged to apply as an Exhibiting Artist.

Insurance

All vendors participating in the Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival are required to have insurance coverage naming the Brunswick Downtown Association as Additional Insured. Please note that an application does not guarantee participation. Further information will be sent to those artists who are selected to show in this festival via email, our Facebook page, and our website. No regular mail will be sent. Indemnification: Please read carefully*
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THE RULES AND WAIVERS AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENT.*
Mutual Indemnification. Subject to the waiver of subrogation provision, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold Brunswick Downtown Association harmless from any and all losses, damages, liability, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by BDA, arising from loss of life, personal injury and/or property damage, caused by or resulting from, in whole or in part, any negligent act or omission or intentional misconduct of Exhibitor, any officer, agent, contractor or employee of Exhibitor in connection with Exhibitors use of occupancy of the Premises. Subject to the waiver of subrogation provision, BDA agrees to indemnify and hold Exhibitor harmless from any and all losses, damages, liability, or expenses (including reasonably attorneys’ fees) incurred by Exhibitor, arising from loss of life, personal injury and/or property damage, caused by or resulting from, in whole or in part, any negligent act or omission or intentional misconduct of BDA or any officer, agent, contractor or employee of BDA, in connection with BDA’s management and operation of the Leased Premises.
