Summer is just around the corner! As we look toward warmer days, it’s time to start planning your summer activities (and marking your calendar for all the amazing events that will happen downtown!).
2nd Friday Brunswick
2nd Friday Brunswick begins on June 13th! This event is an immersive series featuring local creatives. Head downtown on the second Friday of each month from June to September to browse works from local artists and makers, watch theatrical performances, and listen to a variety of musicians performing live while you explore!
Creativity moves. So do we! Each month, 2nd Friday Brunswick will highlight a new section of our vibrant downtown:
June – West Maine Street
July – Lincoln Street
August – Pleasant Street
September – East Maine Street (new sidewalk!)
Music on the Mall
Starting on June 25th, visit the Town Mall weekly on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM for a FREE live concert! Each week features a different local band, so be sure to check out each week; you may find your new listening obsession.
Brunswick Outdoor Arts Festival
On August 16th, over 100 juried artists take to Downtown Brunswick in one of the state’s largest art festivals. Come downtown for a day filled with amazing art, live music, children’s activities, demos, and much more!
Community BBQ
End your summer strong by coming to our annual Community BBQ! Grab a FREE burger or hot dog, enjoy live music, participate in activities, and connect with the Brunswick community.
