Come celebrate Juneteenth this year by learning a traditional African style of twerking with our beloved teacher, Rosa!

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to level up your moves, Twerkology will help build confidence, learn technique, and get you ready for the dance floor.

We’ll do some Mapouka which is the African style of twerking. We will develop the muscles in the buttocks, thighs and legs, restoring diving feminine energy through movement!
