About this Event

Jane’s Walk is a global festival of free, volunteer-led walking conversations inspired by community activist Jane Jacobs. Jane’s Walks combine the simple act of exploring a place with personal observations, local history, and civic engagement.

The Brunswick Downtown Association and Pejepscot History Center will be leading this year’s walk called “Plates & Places” and it will blend local flavor with local history. This guided walking tour invites participants to explore downtown through its eateries, meeting the passionate people behind the businesses while uncovering the stories that shaped them.

This is more than just a food tour! It’s about building a deeper connection to downtown, seeing familiar places through a new lense and celebrating the people and stories that make Brunswick unique.

Stay tuned for more information on which of your favorite restaurants will be participating. Registration is required to gurantee a taste so click below to save your spot!
