Featured Artist Weekend

Coordinating with Brunswick Downtown Associations initial 2nd Friday event of the year, Lemont Block Collective will present a Featured Artist Weekend, with Pamela Shockey, plein air oil painter. Come Friday, Saturday or Sunday and meet the artist. Pam will be painting in the gallery and presenting a huge display of her new work. She works in both large and small dimensions, including archival prints, and captures scenes from the western mountain slopes to sea — there’s sure to be at least one which catches your eye, and Pam will be there to tell you the story behind it. This is a rare opportunity to meet a truly excellent working Maine artist! We’ll be open throughout the 2nd Friday event, ’til 7pm, hosting Pam and many other artists & makers. Oil painter Pam Shockey will be in-gallery from 4-7pm Friday the 13th, 10-2 on Saturday the 14th, and 10-1 on Sunday the 15th. There will be demos and a greatly expanded display of her work all weekend long.
