About this Event
Reclaiming Joy, Building Community, and Navigating the Journey Together!
Are you struggling with the challenges of parenting or caregiving?
Do you sometimes feel isolated or disconnected from your community?
You’re not alone.
Join us for a workshop designed to bring together parents and caregivers to share in the
joys and challenges. This supportive gathering offers a space to connect, reflect, and find community through shared experiences and meaningful conversation.
Throughout the workshop, participants will:
Engage in open discussions that offer insight, validation, and support.
Learn practical parent & caregiver-connection strategies.
Build a network of peer support.
Use various art materials as a creative and therapeutic way to explore personal
experiences, emotions, and parenting journeys.
Whether you’re seeking new strategies, a listening ear, or simply a moment to breathe,
this workshop is here for you. Let’s come together to uplift, empower, and support one another in a safe and welcoming environment.
About your facilitator:
Keely Anderson is a licensed art therapist and long-time meditation practitioner. She is passionate about helping children and families rediscover delight in themselves, each other, and the world around them. Motivated by a belief that there is inherent goodness in all and a deep understanding that healing does not happen in isolation, she am pleased to offer group sessions that provide a safe and creative space for parents to learn, share stories, and find connection and healing through community and shared experiences. In her free time, she enjoy meditating, riding horses, spending time in nature, creating, and reading with her two cats. More information about her private practice, A Light In The Attic, is available at www.lighttheattic.com
