About this Event
In solidarity with veterans, we are joining with events centered on the National Mall and stretching across our country. In the face of the Trump administration’s assault on veterans’ benefits, we’ll gather “to defend the benefits, jobs, and dignity that every generation of veterans has earned through their sacrifices.”
The Trump administration has proposed significant staffing cuts at the VA, eliminating roughly 80,000 jobs, on top of $30 billion in cuts to disability benefits. See one vet’s story here of why access to benefits are essential.
