Sue Kelly, BA, LMT, RYT-500, is a massage therapist, an experienced yoga teacher and a yoga nidra guide who practices in mid coast Maine.  Sue has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 25 years, specializing in therapeutic yoga, yoga for healthy aging, and deep relaxation journeys, bringing people into deep healing and wholeness. Workshop is open to the public, register early as space is limited.
