The Krav Maga Force Women’s Self Defense Workshop will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to deal with threats and physical attacks which may occur on the street or at home.
You will learn techniques to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and what to do if confronted with a weapon.
The Krav Maga Technique incorporates training methods to build upon a women’s intuitive fighting spirit and will train you how to respond both mentally and physically to help eliminate freezing if confronted.
