This tour, which covers Maine and Pleasant Streets and some of the Northwest Brunswick neighborhood, focuses on women who were in city government, entrepreneurs, employees of downtown manufacturing firms, nurses, nuns, teachers, and more.
For this women’s history tour of downtown, meet at 1pm at the Chamberlain Museum located at 226 Maine Street in Brunswick, where admission will be collected. The tour is limited to 20 people; please call Pejepscot Historical Society at 207.729.6606 or email email@example.com before noon on Friday, June 26 to register.
