Come find RELIEF as you learn yoga strategies for balancing and restoring yourself, helping to heal anxiety, chronic stress, and insomnia. In this workshop you will learn a variety of yoga techniques and ancient practices that quiet the mind, calm the body, calm the brain, balance the nervous system, and improve sleep while promoting emotional well-being.
We will explore breath work, body awareness, postural alignment, relaxation techniques, adaptive asana practices for insomnia, meditation with mudras (sacred hand gestures), mantras, chanting, and restful restorative yoga.
You can experience deep peace and feel whole again.

Sue has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 25 years, specializing in therapeutic yoga, yoga for healthy aging, and deep relaxation journeys, bringing people into deep healing and wholeness.
