Virtual Cooking Class with Sam Hayward

Sam Hayward is the award-winning chef of Fore Street in Portland. Sam received a coveted James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northeast. He has been featured in Atlantic Monthly, Saveur, Food Arts, and Wine Spectator. The New York Times and Gourmet Magazine rated Fore Street as one of the 50 best American restaurants.
Chef Hayward will be cooking up something delicious with seasonal ingredients on January 28th at 6:00pm for $75.
Participants enjoyed this wonderful, interactive event with Chef Hayward last year, cooking up a marvelous evening of “risotto” of Maine grains and winter seafood. We know he will whip up another evening of culinary fun and surprises.
