Virtual Cooking Class with Chris Toy

Chris is a local chef, former teacher and school administrator, cooking class instructor, and Registered Maine Guide. He has written six Asian-inspired cookbooks, including the bestseller, Ramen Made Simple.

Chris will be leading us through a delectable evening of Downeast meets Far East fusion. This includes lobster wontons, hoisin Maine farmed salmon, and a root vegetable stir fry.
