Current scientific research indicates that a mindfulness meditation practice reduces stress and improves mental and physical health. Why is it so effective? Join us on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 1 pm, as People Plus hosts Ann Kimmage as she presents a brief history of meditation, as well as methods, benefits and the meaning it can bring to our inner lives.
