Sustainable ME – Until Help Arrives

Natural disasters are expected to become more severe and less predictable, while agencies will be hindered with more people to help. Be better prepared for the inevitable disasters that strike Maine each season. This FEMA workshop provides tools to educate and empower the public to act in an  emergency situation before professional help arrives by taking five Until Help Arrives key  actions: call 9-1-1, protect the injured from harm, stop bleeding, position the injured so they can breathe, and provide comfort.

This workshop requires people to commit to attending in order to run.
