Chef David Pendexter and his culinary team are excited to partner with Giuseppe Taibi of Olio Taibi in Agrigento, Sicily and Pat O’Brien of FIORE for an in depth tasting and dinner featuring award winning olive oil varietals produced by the Taibi family and imported by FIORE.  Wines for each course have been masterfully paired by Mike DiMillo from DiMillo Imports.
