Save A Stray 5k, Walk, and Festival

Save a Stray coincides with L.L.Bean’s Dog Days of Summer celebration, and there is something for everyone! The Save a Stray 5K supports Midcoast Humane’s mission of making life better for animals and people in our community. We fulfill our mission by providing life-saving veterinary care, food, and comfort to the nearly 3,500 homeless animals we see in a typical year.

Midcoast Humane provides adoption and pet retention services, community support, humane education, and contracts with 39 towns, from Falmouth to Somerville. Join us and bring your friends, family, and pup for a run for their lives on a beautiful August day in Maine!
