Genevieve LeMoine, curator of The Peary-MacMillan Arctic Museum, will talk about her team’s recent archaeological fieldwork at the historic site of Etah. They uncovered one thousand years of prehistoric occupations by Inuit and their predecessors, the Dorset people. Dr. LeMoine will highlight some of the fascinating discoveries they made and reflect on how fieldwork has changed one hundred years after Donald MacMillan lived and explored the area.
