Whether called cassava, manioc, or yuca,  Manihot esculenta is now relied on as a hearty source of carbohydrates around the world. Join us as Niky and Martha of Maiz teach us how to process this tuberous root. They will show us how to use this foodstuff to make delicious food in any kitchen.
