Ellen Tani, Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Curatorial Fellow, and curator of the exhibition, discusses major themes of Second Sight: the Paradox of Vision in Contemporary Art. The exhibition explores the experiential, psychological, and metaphorical implications of the nonvisual in American art from the 1960s to today.
