Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
MBSR is an eight-week course of 2 1/2-hour weekly group classes and one six-hour weekend retreat on Saturday, February 24.
Classes begin the week of January 15. Monday sessions are offered 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and Tuesday sessions are offered 5:30 – 8 p.m.
