Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
MBSR is an 8-week course of 2 1?2-hour weekly group classes and one 6-hour weekend retreat.
A required orientation is Monday, September 9 from 5:30–6:30 p.m. Classes begin Monday, September 23, 5:30–8 p.m.
