Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
Classes take place on Mondays from 5:30–8 p.m. beginning April 22 at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness. There is a required orientation on Monday, April 8 at 5:30 p.m.
