Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
Classes begin January 28 at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness. Choose Mondays 5:30–8 p.m., or Tuesdays 9–11:30 a.m. There is a required orientation on Monday, January 14 from 5–6 p.m.
