Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an educational program designed to help
people better cope with stress and life’s challenges. Mindfulness is an awareness that arises
by intentionally paying attention to the present moment.
Join us for an orientation session to learn more and see if the program is right for you. Classes begin the week of April 23 at the Mid Coast Center for Community Health & Wellness. Choose Mondays 5:30-8 p.m., or Tuesdays 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
