Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Adapted for Online is an educational program designed to help people better cope with stress and life’s challenges.
This virtual eight-week course offers experiential practice with mindfulness and meditation, information about stress and stress management, and group discussions.
It includes 1 1?2-hour weekly group classes, a required hour-long orientation, and one 4-hour Saturday retreat.
