Listening in Motion: Contact & Holistic Dance

This class blends elements of integrative contact improvisation with holistic dance practices (somatic, authentic movement, applied anatomy) to create an open, supportive space for exploration. You’ll be guided through exercises that emphasize deep listening to your body’s natural rhythms, with the freedom to choose whether or not to engage in partner work. The focus is on trust, presence, and flow, allowing you to honor your own boundaries while exploring creative expression through touch, gravity, and momentum.
