This is the fundamentals of Crossfit.Here you learn the proper technique and form before doing the various exercises done in crossFit. You will come Monday, Wednesday and Friday for three weeks. You will learn the basics of Crossfit.
This biggest misconception for people to try CrossFIt is that they aren’t fit enough to do it. We will can tailor the work outs to your needs and what you can can’t do.
