FREE Saturday Morning CrossFit Class

We have a FREE Saturday morning class. We will start always meet at the gym and may move to a location outside if the weather permits!! Summer is here and we want to enjoy it!!

The class will give you a first hand  look at what crossFit is and what are community is all about. We feel its the easier way to see what we do ,you can also call us (207) 221-2179 and set up a FREE test drive which a one on one with one of our coaches. Where you can tour our space, and talk about your fitness goals and see if we are the right fit for you.
