If you have some fitness and health goals but don’t know where to start, this program is perfect for you! The workout will consist of a warm up, a conditioning phase, and a proper cool down/stretch. This is a small group session working closely with a personal trainer to help you with proper form and to offer modifications to suit your needs and abilities.
About Molly:
Certifications: ACSM certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills CXWORX, & Piyo
I have always enjoyed being active and trying new things. I love motivating and supporting other people to do their best and to achieve things beyond their expectations and comfort zones. A few of the activities I love are archery, rock climbing, running, yoga, and swimming. I love anything to get me outside and moving.
You can find Molly at WFS teaching CXWORX, on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and she is also available for Personal Training on M, T, W evenings.
