Fit Camp 101 with Molly Deaton at WFS & Spa
A four-week program designed by a personal trainer for beginners or those who would like to establish a fitness routine
If you have fitness and health goals but don’t know where to start this program is perfect for you! The workout will include a warm up, conditioning phase, and a proper cool down/stretch. This is a small group session working closely with a personal trainer to help you with proper form and modifications to suit your needs and abilities.
Mondays 6:30p—7:15p (4 weeks beginning October 17)
WFS members $39 / Non-Members $59
Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills CXWORX, & PiYo
About Molly: I have always enjoyed being active and trying new things. I love motivating and supporting other people to do their best and to achieve things beyond their expectations and comfort zones. A few of the activities I love are archery, rock climbing, running, yoga, and swimming. I love anything to get me outside and moving.
You can find Molly at WFS teaching CXWORX on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and she is also available for Personal Training on M, T, W evenings.
