Building on the basics – how to apply them to the trail
This clinic will build on the basic fundamentals from clinics 1, 2.
• Choosing lines that are best for you, beginner berms, and cornering.
• Using our bodies as another gear of your bike. How to move and when.
• When to shift and why to shift.
• Introduction to lifting the front of your bike. You do not need to do a wheelie or a full manual to be able to use your body and bike to create leverage to move forward or over a trail feature.

Every session begins with a basic review and a group connection exercise.
