Celebrate National Poetry Month with a Poetry Stroll Through Downtown Brunswick!
This April, in honor of National Poetry Month, the Brunswick High School Library and Art Department have created a Poetry Stroll through downtown Brunswick. Area businesses are displaying boards in their windows featuring poems by Maine poets past and present accompanied by original artwork by Brunswick High School students, local artist Charlotte Agell, and People Plus Art students. This event is the inspiration of Kathy Koerber, retired Brunswick educator and poetry enthusiast, who invites all to enjoy the magical melding of poetry and art.
