Diabetes Prevention

Diabetes Prevention Program begins January 22, 2015, at 5 pm. It runs weekly for 16 weeks, then monthly for 6 months. Great group discussion aids in a goal of 7% weight loss and 150 minutes of activity per week. It is the only program of it’s kind, in greater Portland Area. $150 fee ($125 People Plus members).
